HM: How to mark harvests as completed?

Completing harvest in EBS means the required plots or crosses are harvested thus the changes are considered final. Ensure that the records are harvested and managed before completing the harvest.

Complete harvest

  1. Click the Complete Harvest button from the toolbar.

  1. In the modal window, type in the occurrence remarks and take note of relevant information about the harvest. Once done, click Proceed.

 

  1. To check, click the occurrence name heading and then the View in Experiment Manager button.

 

  1. The updated occurrence status is now visible in the Basic tab of the occurrence.

 

The occurrence with the completed harvest will also have the harvest completed status in the Experiment Manager main browser.

Great job! After this, users may create new experiments or search for previously harvested germplasm and seed records.
