Viewing Requests

Click on a request’s Snag_2ab3928b.pngView icon to see the information, including BASIC information such as request code, service type, status, and GERMPLASM information.

Editing Requests

Use the Snag_2afca8bf.png Edit icon to modify request details as needed.

The requestor can modify their previously submitted request information until the request is officially approved.

ENTRY LIST

Review the plots or package list selected by the user by clicking on a list’sSnag_2ab3928b.pngView icon to see its details, if all is good click Close then click Next.

BASIC tab

Review the Program, Tissue type, Researcher, OCS Number, and Contact Person then click Next.

SERVICES tab

Review Purpose, Marker Group(s)/Trait Category then click Next.

REVIEW tab

Review the request information then Submit.

Accepting requests

Accept requests that meet the necessary criteria by clicking the Snag_2b1483dd.png Accept icon and then Confirm.

Rejecting requests

Reject requests that do not meet the requirements or are invalid by clicking the Snag_2b2029dc.png Reject icon and then Confirm.

The lab manager must justify their decision to reject a request. Once the rejection is confirmed, the request status will be updated to Snag_2b1eafbf.png in the browser both in Request Manager and Genotyping Service Manager.
