  2. You will be directed to the Add Occurrence browser with the listed occurrences. Then, click Add Occurrence button from the bottom left side.

  1. A new occurrence will be added to your experiment. You may then modify information from the added occurrence.

  1. Click Confirm.

  1. The modal window will appear to remind you that the new occurrence-related records will be generated. Once done, click Confirm.

  1. You will be redirected to the Experiment Manager data browser and the generation of the new occurrence will be done in the background. Click the Notifications () to check if the process is done.

  2. Once done, the added occurrence will now have the createdstatus.

Delete draft occurrence

For Breeding Trial and Observation experiments

1. To delete a created occurrence, you may do so by clicking the trash button beside the occurrence.

2. A pop-up window will appear to confirm the deletion. Click Confirm.

Regenerate occurrence design

For Breeding Trial experiments

This feature allows you to regenerate the design (x and y) coordinates of the existing experimental design of your occurrence as long as the occurrence status is still created or mapped.

1. Tick the checkbox of the occurrence with the design that you want to update. Then, click the Bulk Update () button from the toolbar, then Regenerate Design.

2. You will be redirected to the Update Occurrence Design browser wherein you can review your previously generated design.

3. To regenerate your design, you must first delete your previous design by clicking Delete Design.

4. A modal window will appear to notify the deletion of the previous design before generating another design. Click Confirm to proceed.

5. You can now modify the design parameters and field layout details of the same experiment design you previously selected. Once done, click Generate Design.
