At the start of the breeders' EBS journey, the List Manager will come in handy. This tool will enable users to create and manage different types of lists that they can use in different applications in the system. The List Manager tool allows breeders to:
Create new germplasm, and trait lists;
Browse, view, update, and delete the lists that they have access to; and
Manage the access control of a list.
Users can also create a list using the Seed Search, Germplasm, or Traits browsers. To create a list from List Manager, continue reading the guide.
Users can only create germplasm or trait lists directly in the tool. Creating other list types (seeds, packages, plots, management variables) is not supported and should be done in other EBS tools (e.g., Inventory Search, Experiment Manager, Harvest Manager).
