Access a printout

The Printout tool is embedded in other EBS domains where breeders can generate the printouts they need for their experiments. Specific tools or tabs with the print icon () and download icon () can generate printouts in the form of reports, labels, and tags. These printout templates will only be visible in specific tools and programs that were identified during the creation of the template.

 

Printouts in Breeding Analytics

In the Analysis Request Manager tool, you can access printouts on the List of Jobs created browser, where you can download a CSV file of all jobs listed in the browser.

 

Printouts in Core Breeding

In the Experiment Manager tool, you can access printouts:

  1. in the browser, where you can directly access field tags ; and

 

2. in the upper right toolbar in the main browser, where you can download mapping files, trait and location files, and planting instructions for multiple occurrences.

 

3. You can also download mapping files directly from an occurrence in the main browser.

 

You can download printouts from more than one occurrence by ticking the of the occurrences and clicking . Then, tick the below to select all occurrences.

 

In the Inventory Search tool, you can access printouts on the Working List page, where you can export seed or package templates.

 

In the Harvest Manager tool, you can access printouts on the Harvest data tab, where you can generate occurrence data according to a template.

 

 

In the Planting Instructions Manager tool, you can access printouts on the browser, where you can print templates linked to an occurrence and program.

 

In the Inventory Manager tool, you can generate reports after receiving the package from the sender program.

 

Printouts in Service Management

In the Shipment tool, you can access printouts on the Process Shipment Entries tab, where you can download a CSV file of all shipment items.

 

You can also print shipment items in the Shipment List main browser by selecting the preferred shipment and clicking the printout icon from the toolbar.

 

In the Batch Manager tool, you can access printouts on the main browser, where you can generate a report of a selected batch.
