Submit request service
The Review tab allows the requestor to verify and finalize the service request details. On the upper right, click the Submit button. They will be directed back to the Request Manager browser.
After submitting the request, the Request Manager browser will record your requested service. The created request will now have the status:new status.
The submitted request will have a status of 
Congratulations! You have submitted a new service request.
