Review request service

Once you have identified the specifics of your request service, you may review them in the Review tab. The tab displays the browser with the details about the requester and the service.

Once reviewed, you may click Submit. Otherwise, click Back to edit the information.

After submitting the request, the Request Manager browser will record your requested service. The created request will now have the new status.

Once the laboratory managers approved your request, the status will change from new to approved.

Congratulations! You have submitted a new service request.
