At this point, your shipment transaction is finally created. Your next step is to submit the shipment to Seed Health Unit (SHU) for processing. You may also edit the transactions before submitting them.

Edit information

Modify shipment

1. In the Shipment List browser, locate the shipment you want to modify and click the Modify shipment icon.

2. You will be redirected to the Modify Shipment browser where the previous information about your shipment is recorded. Edit the information as necessary. You may also review the steps in creating shipment.

Send notes

You may also send additional information or exchange comments with SHU through adding notes to your shipment transaction.

1. In the Shipment List browser, locate the shipment you want to add notes and click the Notes icon.

2. On the modal window, provide the additional information you want to send to SHU.

3. Once done, click Save. Otherwise, click Cancel.

Delete shipment

1. In the Shipment List browser, locate the shipment you want to delete and click the Delete shipment icon.

2. On the modal window, a notification will appear to confirm the deletion of the shipment. Click Delete, otherwise click Cancel.

Submit shipment

When you have finalized your shipment, it is time to submit your shipment for processing.

1. Locate the shipment transaction you want to submit and click the Submit icon.

2. You will be prompted with a confirmation modal window that confirms your submission. Click Yes to submit. Otherwise, click Cancel.

3. Once you submit your shipment, your shipment status will change to submitted. This confirms the submission of your transaction. It will be changed later on once it will be processed by SHU. Refer to the dropdown menu below for the shipment status.

Congratulations! You have submitted your shipment transaction. The next part is the processing of your shipment, which will be done by SHU.
