Create a shipment transaction

Now that you are familiar with the Shipment Tool, your next step is to create a shipment transaction. This is where you will provide details of your transaction.

1. Click the New button to open the blank form.

2. You will then proceed to the Create Shipment browser. Under the Basic Info tab, fill-out the form properly on the text fields. All the required information are marked with an asterisk ( * ).

Propagative materials are seeds that will be used for planting and evaluation of the recipient. Non-propagative materials are plant parts and some seeds that will be used for destructive analysis only.

3. After filling out the information, click Save.

Great job! You created a new shipment transaction. You may now import entries in your shipment.
