Traits

If you are initially setting up your mobile application, make sure to uncheck or clear all traits before importing occurrences.

Field

How to import occurrence

1. Go to “Field“

2. On the Upper right corner of the application click the BrAPI Field Import sign .

3. On the upper right corner, click the elipse button then select “Filter by Program”.

4. Click the program where you belong then click “Select program” button.

   1. You may use “Prev“ and “Next“ as pagination navigation if you cannot find your occurrence on the current view.

5. Select the occurrence then click “Preview Field“ button.

6. A prompt will appear showing the basic information of the occurrence. Check if the total number of Traits meets the number of your variables for occurrence data collection. If not, do not proceed and go to EM and set up trait protocols.

   1. On the Primary identifier, select “ObservationUnitDbId“.

   2. On the Secondary identifier, select “ObservationUnitName“.

   3. Click “Save.“

7. Once done, the occurrence will appear in the Fields view.

How to select occurrence?

8. Click the “Occurrence” then “Back”

You may now proceed to “Collect” for data collection.
