EBS Participants Travel Guide

Weather:

  • Most of the time it is sunny or cloudy, pack light or summer clothes because it is hot and humid

Accommodation/Meals:

• Your accommodation would be inside the IRRI campus at MSS Dormitory

• When you arrived too late or too early in the morning, a packed meal, water, and fruit would be available in your room.

• For dining out with the team, it will be sponsored in the budget.

• Breakfast and lunch will be passed through our Cafeteria or Beanhub.

Passes:

• accommodation RFID will serve as passes in the Dormitory electronic doors and gym passes

Transportation

1. Pick-up in PH Airport:

Reimbursement Guidelines (For Sponsored Participants)

1. After completing your travel, please submit via email to Rosalba Delgado r.d.sanchez@cgiar.org

   1. one invoice in United States Dollars (USD) per CGIAR Center/Organization with the relevant receipts attached to it and

   2. a completed banking information form (download at Beneficiary Banking Details

2. Please address the invoice to CIMMYT, Carretera México-Veracruz Km. 45, El Batán, Texcoco, México.

3. If your Center/Organization receives regular support from the EiB Platform, reimbursements will be clustered on a 3-monthly basis to reduce transfer fees, otherwise they will be made immediately.
