View a request
On the Genotyping Service Manager browser, click the View icon (
).
2. Important information about a request will be shown in the Basic tab, such as the request code, service type, and accounts.
3. Clicking the Germplasm tab will display information on the germplasm records involved in the genotyping service request.
Modify a request
On the Genotyping Service Manager browser, click the Edit icon (
).
2. The Edit Service Request browser will be shown. In the Entry List tab, review the plots or package list selected by the user. Then, click Next.
You can edit the details of the request in the Basic and Services tabs. Once done checking the edited details in the Review tab, click Submit.

The requestor can also edit the request information that they previously submitted. It is the lab manager’s role to approve or modify the updated details. |
Reject a request
1. On the Genotyping Service Manager browser, click the Reject icon (
).
2. On the modal window, specify the reason why the request was rejected. After that, click Confirm.

Accept a request
On the Genotyping Service Manager browser, click the Accept icon (

2. On the modal window, click Confirm.
