File validation is improved.This version enhances on the file validation processes in Gigwa, where the vendor result files are stored. These files are uploaded by lab managers using the upload icon () in the data browser. Successfully uploaded files will also be downloadable from the Request Manager. On the other hand, error messages are provided to inform users of any invalid parts in the vendor file. 23.10 BM1.mp4

Marker group creation is enabled.Click on the Create Marker Group button on the toolbar. A new page is loaded where you can provide the details of your marker group including its basic information and markers panels. Save the changes. Outgoing & incoming shipment process is now supported.This feature allows users to send out materials to requestors. From the domain dashboard, click the Non Genotyping Service Request (No-GSR) button and choose Shipment Outgoing CIMMYT or SHM Incoming Seed from the drop-down menu. On the toolbar, create a New request. A new page loads to display the workflow and the Basic Information form that you need to fill-out. Click Next to save the transaction as .Supply other important information by clicking the Edit Request () icon in the data browser. Provide the Items and Documents in the respective tabs to update the status of the transaction to . The action icons available in the data browser depends on the status of the request. Management of shipment transactions is improved.The following enhanced features were implemented: Auto-generated shipment names. In the Basic Info tab, sequence numbers are now featured at the end of each auto-generated shipment names.
Item list. When deleting () shipment item/s in the middle of the list, the sequence of the items are automatically reset to reflect correct numbering. This improvement is available when you edit () a shipment transaction in the Items tab. 23.09 SM1.mp4Replace package. In the Items tab, select an entry. Click the Update button in the toolbar and choose to replace package. In the modal window, click Next to proceed with selecting a replacement package. A replacement summary is also provided before you Confirm the changes. In this version, only the program, experiment year, and experiment type are the supported parameters. 23.09 SM2.mp4Import package list. This new button lets you add shipment items directly from Core Breeding or by uploading a CSV file using the template provided via this button. You also have the option to add the new items at the beginning or end of an existing list.
