The Container tab allows EBS administrators to match the containers with the facilities and sub-facilities. Before exploring its new capabilities, make sure that the container and facility records exist in EBS to prevent errors.

Coordinate with the EBS administrators for the container and facility records.

Upload container file

  1. From the toolbar, click Template. A CSV file will be saved on the local device.

Users may click the View Error Logs icon to check if there are warnings or errors detected.

Transactions with warnings indicate that the uploaded container is linked to a facility with existing containers.

Users can still proceed to validate this transaction because it is understood that facilities can house multiple containers.
