Download files
A downloaded transaction file displays a summary of the data uploaded and other relevant information.
Click the Download icon beside a transaction. A modal opens with options for file downloads.
From the modal, click the Download icon beside one of the download options. The file will be saved in the local drive. Otherwise, click Close to cancel the action.
Delete open transactions
Deleting a transaction is permanent and cannot be undone. Users may opt to reupload their data instead of deleting the transaction.
Click the Delete icon beside an open transaction. A modal opens for users to confirm the deletion.
Review the notification on deleting the transaction. If agreed, click Delete. This will permanently remove the transaction from the data browser. Otherwise, click Cancel.
Export transaction data
Exporting data is useful when users need to see all the transactions uploaded to the system. The exported file provides a summary of all studies with uploaded data (open transactions). Below are the information available in the summary:

Click the Export data icon from the toolbar, then select a file format. The file will be saved to the local drive.
By default, the file will be named Data Terminal Transactions.
View collected traits under a transaction
Click the dropdown menu of an open transaction under the Occurrence Name column. This will expand and display the traits that users included in the data collection file template.
By clicking the occurrence name, the Experiment Manager page will open, specifically the page under the View Occurrence icon, where users can review the occurrence details.
