Save as a new package list

  1. Click Save list > Save As New List. A modal appears asking users to confirm the action.

  1. Take note that the working list will be cleared after saving. Once agreed, click Confirm. Another modal appears for users to name their package list.

 

  1. From the modal, fill out the mandatory fields such as the Name, Abbrev, and Display Name.

Provide a meaningful name and description for the new list for easier identification, especially if it will be used for a certain experiment.

  1. Click Create to finish. The records will be successfully transferred into a list, and the page will be cleared.

Save to an existing list

Users can also add the records in the Working List to an already existing package list.

  1. Click Save list > Save To Existing List. A modal appears for users to select the existing package list.

  1. Click the Select saved list icon beside the package list. After that, a modal will appear to confirm the action.

  1. Take note that the working list will be cleared after saving. Once agreed, click Confirm. The records will be successfully transferred to the selected list, and the page will be cleared.

  1. Click Save list > Save To Existing List. A modal appears for users to select the existing package list.

  1. Click the Select saved list icon beside the package list. After that, a modal will appear to confirm the action.

  1. Take note that the working list will be cleared after saving. Once agreed, click Confirm. The records will be successfully transferred to the selected list, and the page will be cleared.

The package list can now be accessed in List Manager where users can review the created list and manage the records.
