Create a cross list

Under the Basic Info tab, provide all the required information in the text fields, especially those marked with an asterisk ( * ).
Click Next on the upper right side of the window.

Select parents from occurrence entries

Under the Add Parents tab, click the View entries icon beside the occurrence to open its list of entries.

Select the entries by ticking the the checkboxes. Click Add Parents, then assign their parent roles As Female, As Male, or As Female-and-Male.

From the modal window, click Add More to add more parents or Manage Parents to proceed to the next tab.

Under the Manage Parents tab, click the checkboxes beside the parents > Remove > either Remove selected or Remove all.

Select a variable from the modal window and specify its value.
Click Selected to apply updates to your selected entries. Otherwise, click All to apply updates to all your entries. Repeat the previous steps when necessary.
