Program

A program is an organizational unit within an institution designed to group and manage related experiments. This establishes an access level that governs how experiments can be shared. In EBS, the program is displayed in the dashboard as the default filter. A user can belong to one or more programs, which they can view in the Data filter icon.

While the general roles listed below describe the tools and features users can access, specific permissions are determined by the actual roles assigned within EBS (e.g., CB User, Unit Leader, etc.). At a minimum, all users have access to the assigned crop programs, but other permissions depend on their defined role in EBS.
