Reorder and remove entries in the experiment

Reorder by swapping
The option allows users to swap the order number of two or more entries with each other. Only a maximum of 20 entries can be selected for reorder.
Select entries by ticking the checkboxes beside the selected entries.
Click the gear button () > Reorder Entries > Reorder by Swapping.
From the Reorder Entry List modal window, click the dropdown menu of each entry and change the order.
Once satisfied with the new order of the entries, click Confirm.
Reorder by sort settings
The option allows you to reorder the entries from saved sort settings.
Click the Manage sorts icon from the toolbar and arrange the entries according to the sort settings.
Click the gear button () > Reorder Entries > Reorder by Sort Settings.
A pop-up window will appear to confirm the reordering of entries. Once satisfied, click Confirm.
Reorder individually
The option allows users to reorder one or more entries to any entry number. Only a maximum of 20 entries can be selected for reorder.
Select one or more entries by ticking the checkboxes beside them.
Click the gear button () > Reorder Entries > Reorder Individually.
From the Reorder Entry List modal window, click the dropdown menu of each entry and change the order.
Once satisfied with the new order of the entries, click Confirm.
Reorder by group
The option allows users to group and reorder two or more entries. A starting entry number must be assigned first before grouping the entries. After that, users may reorder the entries within the group. Only a maximum of 20 entries can be selected for reorder.
Select two or more entries by ticking the checkboxes beside them.
Click the gear button () > Reorder Entries > Reorder by Group.
From the Reorder Entry List modal window, assign a starting entry number.
The selected entries are automatically sorted from the starting entry number. Users can still click the dropdown menu of each entry and change the order.
Once satisfied with the new order of the entries, click Confirm.
A notification will pop out if there is a duplicate entry number. Correct the entry numbers by changing them.
Remove Entries
Select entries by ticking either the checkboxes beside them or the topmost one for all entries. Then, click the gear button () > Remove Entries.
Select the method of removing entries from Remove Selected, Remove Selected in Page, or Remove All.
A pop-up window will appear to confirm the deletion of entries. Once satisfied, click Confirm.
Once satisfied with the entry list or parent list order, click Next in the upper-right corner of the page.
The next step differs depending on the type of experiment. Refer to the info panel below for the specific instructions.
For Breeding Trial experiment, the next step is to generate the randomization of entries.
For Intentional Crossing Nursery experiment, the next step is to identify your crosses.
For Cross Parent Nursery, Generation Nursery, or Observation experiment, the next step is to specify the planting arrangements either by blocks or by entry order.
