Search using query parameters

  1. Provide the germplasm names inside the Names text field, separated by commas.

The wildcard ( % ) symbol can be used if unsure of the germplasm name (e.g., UR%).

  1. If needed, select the germplasm type from the dropdown menu.

  1. Afterwards, click Find to execute the query. The results will load in the Results Viewer section below.

Click Reset to remove the parameters used earlier and restart with the search.

Members of institutions managing multiple crops can also search germplasm records from other crops.

Additional Search Parameters

Want to enhance the germplasm search? Users can explore these additional search parameters — Input List or Add Condition — to improve their germplasm search.

Search using an input list

  1. Click Additional Search Parameters > Input List. A modal opens where users can list down their germplasm records before searching.

  1. From the Input List modal, select either Designation or Germplasm Code for the type of germplasm records to enter in the input field on the right.

  1. After that, (a) click Select saved list from the left side to import the existing records or (b) paste the search values in the input field on the right side.

  2. Once satisfied, click Confirm. The results will load in the Results Viewer section below.

Click Cancel to terminate the action and go back to the Query Parameters section.

Click Find to execute the search. The results will load in the Results Viewer section below.

To remove the search parameter, simply click Remove beside the parameter.

Search using conditions

  1. Click Additional Search Parameters > Add Condition. It will show a new search parameter that contains the filter type and condition.

Users may click the Add Condition button again to add more parameters.

  1. Afterwards, provide the values in the blank field on the right and separate them with commas.

  2. Once satisfied, click Find to execute the search. The results will load in the Results Viewer section below. Otherwise, click Reset to remove all the conditions added.
