Create seed transfer transaction
Click Create.
Select the package list from the dropdown menu.
More information will appear in the modal window, including the sender and receiver programs. Select the receiver program from the dropdown menu.
Users can send package lists to their program or another program.
Users can also send either a partial or a complete package quantity. If they click Yes, the whole package quantity will be transferred. Click Confirm to finalize.
If they click No, they will be asked to specify the package quantity and package unit. Once done, click Confirm.
Users can send packages with zero quantity. The system will create a log that reserves the needed quantities for transfer.
Finally, an internal seed transfer transaction has been created. It will now change its status to created. Users may also view the details of the transaction by clicking the View seed transfer icon beside it.
The Seed Transfer Details modal window displays the basic information about the package and the audit information that describes the transaction history.
Send transaction
If the user is from the sender program (e.g., Early Maturity program), the next step will be sending the packages to the receiver program (e.g., Late Maturity program.
Click the Send seed transfer icon beside the created transaction.
The modal window asks the users to confirm the transaction. Click Send.
The transaction is finally sent to the receiver program. Its status will be changed to sent.
Receive transaction
If the member is from the receiver program (e.g., Late Maturity program), their task is to accept the transaction from the sender program (e.g., Early Maturity program).
Click the Receive seed transfer from the sent transaction.
The modal window asks the user to confirm the transaction. Optionally, users can select the facility and sub-facility from the dropdown menus. Click Receive.
The transaction was successfully received. Its status will be changed to Received. Click the View seed transfer icon to view the updated transaction.
In the Seed Transfer Details modal window, the basic information and the complete audit information were displayed with details about the sender and the receiver.
You may check the transferred package by clicking View Received Packages. You will view the package details with the updated seed manager column.
Delete seed transfer transaction
Click the Delete seed transfer icon beside the transaction.
The modal window will ask users to confirm the deletion. Click Confirm.
Only the transaction record will be deleted, not the packages in the system.
Print reports
From the Seed Transfer Details modal window, click the Printout button.
Choose the template and the file type from the Printouts modal window. Then, click Download. The file will now be saved on your device.

View the package list in the List Manager.
Go to List ManagerPreview.
Search for the transferred packages.
Go to Inventory SearchPreview.
Match containers to their facilities and sub-facilities.
