Download template

From blank template

  1. Click the Template button. Then, select Blank template > Packages. Fill out the CSV template with the information about your seeds and/or packages.

Team members are limited to uploading the following package information: PACKAGE_STATUS, VOLUME, PACKAGE_UNIT, and FACILITY_CODE.

  1. On the other hand, administrators can download templates for either Seeds or Packages.

From an existing list

  1. From the Template button, select Template from list.

  1. The browser opens with the saved seed or package lists under the program. Click Download file beside the list > Packages. Fill out the CSV template with the information about the seeds and/or packages.

Team members are limited to uploading package information in the tool, specifically the following: PACKAGE_STATUS, VOLUME, PACKAGE_UNIT, and FACILITY_CODE.

  1. On the other hand, administrators can download templates for either Seeds or Packages.

Team members and administrators may view the seed or package lists by clicking the View Summary icon beside the available list. The modal window will display the existing items in the list.

Upload updated seeds or packages

1. Click the Upload button, then select Seeds (administrators only) or Packages.

2. Drag and drop the file in the modal window or click Browse to upload.

3. Once the file has been uploaded, click Validate.

4. A notification will appear on the browser to confirm the validation of records. The status will change to validated once the validation is successful.

Complete transaction

  1. Click the Complete File Upload Transaction icon beside the validated transaction.

  1. A modal window will appear with the number of uploaded records. Click Proceed to confirm.

  1. A notification will appear on the browser to process the records. The status will change to completed once the process is successful.

Delete transaction

  1. Click Delete File Upload Transaction beside the transaction.

  1. A modal window will appear to confirm the deletion of the transaction. Click Confirm.

Go to Inventory Search.

Transfer packages from one program to another.
