Adding the records to the working list is made easier by selecting one package record per germplasm group and transferring it to the Working List page.
Add records individually
Select the desired records by ticking the options button beside them.
Click Add to Seedlist to add the records to the Working List page. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all of them are added.
By default, records added to the Working List will be greyed out in the Results Viewer section. To remove the added records in the display, click Search results settings > toggle off Retain selection.
More ways to add records
Aside from that, users can explore more convenient ways of selecting records and adding them to the Working List.
Add multiple recordsThis method allows users to select and add multiple records from the same germplasm group at the same time.
Automatically select recordsThis method allows the system to automatically select all single-package records from a germplasm group (e.g., if Germplasm A only has one package/record, it will be selected; but Germplasm B, which has two packages/records, will not be selected).
If users only enable Automatic selection, the system will only select and add one record at a time. To select multiple single records, toggle on both Automatic selection and Multiple selection.
Add all records to the listThis method allows users to add all the records to the Working List. Selecting this option is recommended for small and specific search results, and should not be used on large search results. Click the Add ALL records to Seedlist icon. Then, the search results will reflect in the Working List.
The tool can only add up to 40,000 items to the working list. If users exceed this limit, a pop-up message will notify them.

Great job! After transferring the records to the Working List page, users can utilize them by creating a package list, exporting them, or managing them before making any changes.
