Save entries or plots as list

  1. From either the Entry or Plot tab, tick the checkboxes beside the items or the topmost checkbox for all of them.

  2. Click Save as New List.

  1. Provide a meaningful name and other information to quickly identify what records are included and for which experiment they will be used.

  2. Click Submit. The list is saved in List Manager.

Replace an entry in the occurrence

Replacing an entry with at least one harvested plot is prevented. A pop-up message will appear to remind users of this limitation.

  1. From the Entry Tab, tick the checkbox beside the entry to be replaced.

  2. Click Edit > Replace occurrence entry from the toolbar.

  1. Choose between replacing the entry with a check, filler, package, or germplasm. After that, click Next.

  1. Tick the option button beside the new entry. Ensure that it has enough package quantity. Once done, click Next.

Replaced entries in crossing experiments will appear in Experiment Manager and Cross Manager when viewing the crosses, and in Harvest Manager when updating cross harvest data.

  1. Finalize the original entry and the replacement entry information by clicking Confirm. The new entry will appear in the table.

Download files

Download from a single occurrence

  1. Click Download files beside one of the occurrences and select the file from the options.

  2. The file will start to download and will be stored in the local drive upon completion.

When downloading the data collection summary files, have the trait data collected and committed beforehand.

 

Download from multiple occurrences

  1. Tick the checkboxes beside one or more occurrences.

  2. Click Download files and select the file from the options. The files are saved as a compressed file in the local drive upon completion.

Downloading the trait data collection file using this method will not proceed for occurrences with an unsaved trait protocol. To check, view and set the traits in the Traits tab.

 

Download occurrence-level and plot-level files

  1. Tick the checkboxes beside one or more occurrences. Then, click Download files > Metadata and plot data or Occurrence data collection.

Users can also access the pages by going to the Basic tab of the occurrence and clicking the Download icon.

  1. Organize the data variables by keeping or removing them, or dragging and dropping them in the columns.

  1. After selecting variables, click Export. The download will be processed in the background.

  1. Click the Notifications icon to check the generated file. After that, it will be saved immediately to the local drive.

Delete occurrence

  1. Click Delete occurrence beside the occurrence.

  1. Finalize the transaction by clicking Confirm.

Share occurrence with collaborators

  1. Tick the checkboxes beside the occurrences. Then, click Manage experiment permissions.

  2. In the Experiment Permissions page, click Manage > Selected in page or All in page.

  1. Select the programs and/or users from the dropdown menus. Users can change the permission by toggling between Read and Write. Then, click Add.
