The EBS domain’s landing page displays the version of the software available to users. This is also visible in the left navigation menu. Each version may highlight new key features, improvements, bug fixes, or all three. You may refer to the log below for more information in each version.

This tool is a repository of genotypic data.
This is integrated with the Batch Manager and Request Manager components.
The upload and download of genotypic data is supported in the integrated tools.
IRRI breeders can now create genotyping service requests using plot and package lists created in Core Breeding.
Tissue type, whether leaf or seed, can now be specified when creating a genotyping service request.
Buttons, colors, and displayed information were improved for a more accurate and consistent user interface.
In the Plate Layout tab, you can choose to add a 1) positive or a 2) blank internal control.
Using a blank control lets you specify whether you want to add it manually or randomly.

This tool manages information on the relationship of traits, genes, markers, and assays for selection in genotyping requests.
Backend developments are ongoing in preparation for this tool’s launch.
This new tool manages outgoing shipment of rice, maize, and wheat biomaterials.
Permitted users can create shipment transactions.
In the Basic Info tab, details about the sender, requestor, and recipient are automatically filled-out based on the information saved in the Contact Relationship Manager.
The Routine Seed Health Testing reference number (RSHT), total quantity, package count, and status can also be specified in the Items tab.
The Documents tab lets you upload internal and external documentary requirements related to the shipment transaction.
User roles affiliated with the Seed Health Unit (SHU) can process shipment transactions using the following actions: approve (), reject (), modify (), or put on hold ().
The Status column also reflects the progress of the transaction.
The requestor and approver will be notified via the icon once a transaction is created.

Its permissions are configured by the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
This is integrated with the Batch Manager and Request Manager components.
The upload and download of genotypic data is supported in the integrated tools.
Breeders can now download the results of their genotyping requests via the Download Results icon ().
DArTag can now be selected as an external service provider for wheat genotyping analysis requests.
An improved set of columns are now provided when viewing package list information.
The font sizes were also increased for better readability.
In the Basic tab, the “Data Estimated By” field was removed to allow for flexibility in receiving results.

External and internal service providers can download the submitted requests via the Download icon.
After receiving the results of genotyping requests from vendors, Lab Managers can now upload the result files via the Upload Results icon.
Lab Managers can now delete () a batch.
In the Plate Layout tab, a new drop-down menu for Internal Controls feature these options: Blank, Random, and Positive.
Lab Managers can edit () a batch to replace the selected marker panel via the Service and Technology tab.
Lab Managers can also replace a sample with a blank via the edit () functionality.
Each entry is provided with a Sample ID that is generated during plate layout. This can be accessed in the Germplasm tab when viewing request information ().
Downloading reports of batches with Agriplex, Intertek, and DArT as external service providers are now supported.

The service requests displayed in the Request Manager Browser depends on the user’s assigned role/s and service provider/s that were configured in the Core System. This means that a user with the role of Lab Manager can only view requests sent to their laboratories, while a user with the role of Breeder or Breeding Team Member can only view requests that they created.
Go to the succeeding pages in the Entry List tab using the newly enabled Next button.
Genomic selection is added as an option in the drop-down menu for Purpose type for IRRI users.
Labels for the blank fields with drop-down menus are now displayed when accomplishing your service request in the Basic tab. Some service request details are also auto-populated based on the service provider/s assigned to a user in the Core System.
Agriplex is now available as a service vendor for IRRI.
Lab managers at IRRI can now create batches for requests using the same service types and vendors.
Selecting Marker Panels when creating a batch is no longer required in the Service and Technology tab.
The Download icon () in the Batch Manager Browser is currently hidden for batches created with Agriplex as the vendor.
In viewing a batch’s Plate Layout, vendor controls, samples, and blank cells are now differentiated by color.
Navigation buttons in all tools, such as 1) Back and 2) Next, are more distinguishable against the white background.
