The CGIAR Biometrical Genetics Workflow or Bioflow enables users to perform data analysis from different breeding database software like EBS. With the integration of Bioflow, EBS users can now send their analysis results directly to the platform. They can create their single-occurrence analysis requests in the Analysis Request Manager and export the generated results.
Click the Request analysis dropdown button and select Single-occurrence.
Tick the
checkbox beside the occurrence and click Next.

Select the traits for analysis. Then, click the Submit dropdown button and select Bioflow.
The request has been submitted and now has the status EXPORTED.
To proceed with submitting the request to Bioflow, click the
Export button beside it.
The Bioflow page will open. Sign up or sign in to continue sending the analysis requests.
Great! The analysis request processed in EBS can be sent and further analyzed in Bioflow.
