Import entries to shipment list

Once you have provided the shipment details, you may import your entries to your shipment list. You may also modify your shipment list by updating and deleting entries.

Import entries

1. Click the Entries tab. You may refer to the drop-down below for the tab tools.

A. View MLS Ancestors

B. Import Package List - this is the only way you can add entries to your shipment. It is recommended that you create your list from the Seed Search tool.

C. Shipment Item Bulk Update - allows you to update items in bulk.

D. Shipment Item Bulk Delete - allows you to delete items in bulk.

E. Reorder Item Number

F. Refresh - removes all filters that has been applied

G. Download CSV - download your shipment entry list in CSV format using this tool

H. Personalize Grid Settings - allows you to apply personalization in your entries tab

2. Click the Import Package List button to add the entries to your shipment.

3. A modal window will appear that will allow you to select the list you have previously created. Select your package list from the drop down list and click Import.

4. The list will be loaded afterwards. Fill-in other needed information such as Volume, Package Count and RSHT (if available).

Modify shipment items

Replace package

1. Locate the shipment item to be replaced and click the Replace package (blue star) icon.

2. On the modal window, you will see the selected package with germplasm designation, package label, and the seed code.

3. Type the package code that will replace the selected package.

4. Once done, click Replace. Otherwise, click Cancel.

Delete shipment item

1. Locate the shipment item to be replaced and click the Delete shipment item (blue star) icon.

2. On the modal window, you are given two options to delete the shipment item. Refer to the dropdown below for the choices.

 Delete shipment item

Mark item only as cancel - The item status will be changed from PASSED to CANCEL.

Delete item permanently - The item will be deleted and will not be included in the shipment transaction.

3. Once done, click Delete. Otherwise, click Cancel.

Bulk update entries

1. Click the (blue star) of the entries that you want to bulk update.

2. Click the Shipment Item Bulk Update icon.

3. In the modal window, you can edit the Volume and Package Count. You can also apply the bulk update between Selected Item or All Items.

4. After applying the changes, click Apply. Otherwise, click Cancel.

Bulk delete entries

1. Click the (blue star) of the entries that you want to bulk delete.

2. Click the Shipment Item Bulk Delete icon.

3. In the modal window, you can apply the bulk delete between Selected Item or All Items. After applying the changes, click Apply. Otherwise, click Cancel.

View MLS Ancestor

For shipment items with MTA status of PUD, PUD1, or PUD2, you can view their MLS ancestors.

1. Click on the View MLS Ancestors icon from the toolbar.

2. In the modal window, you can view the item number of the entry with the mentioned MTA status and the designation or the ancestors. You can click(blue star)to download the CSV file or adjust the browser view by clicking (blue star).

Explore other tools

If you need to rearrange your entries, you may click the (A) Reorder Item Number tool. You may also download your shipment items and adjust your browser view by using the (B) Download CSV and (C) Personalized grid setting tools.
