In breeding, germplasm exchange is done through shipment. Using the Shipment Tool, you will be able to

create shipment transactions.

Getting Started

Shipment Tool Entry point and Navigation

1. Open https://ebs.irri.org/login and log in using your EBS credentials.

2. After that, you will be redirected to the EBS Homepage. Click on Service Management.

3. The Service Management dashboard will open. Select Shipment Tool from either the dashboard or the left navigation menu.

4. After clicking the Shipment Tool icon, the Shipment List browser will open. You will see all shipment transactions created from your program.

A. Notes icon allows the user and the SHU staff to exchange comments regarding the shipment transaction previously submitted.

B. View icon lets you view the details of the shipment transaction.

C. New/Create icon allows you to create a new shipment transaction.

D. Refresh icon helps to clear all filters that were previously applied in the browser.

E. Download/Export icon allows the user to export the shipment list.

F. Personalized grid settings allows you to hide or unhide columns in the shipment list browser.

G. Filter fields help you apply filters for easy searching.
