View marker group

Click the mdbview.png View icon to see marker group information and its associated markers.

You can download an accurate offline copy of the markers belonging to a marker group, including its associated data by clicking the Snag_295eec4e.png download csv button on the right side of the data browser.

Edit marker group

Click the mdbedit-20241011-032447.pngEditicon to modify marker groups information and its associated markers.

Delete marker group

Click the mdbdelete-20241011-032425.pngDelete icon to unpublish marker group information and its associated markers.

Create new marker group

  1. Click CREATE MARKER GROUP button.

This will take the Laboratory manager directly to theMARKER GROUPS tab in MarkerDb, where they can store information about the marker group.

  1. Once done. On the upper right click the Save button to proceed with the marker group creation.

The system will display an error message if you attempt to create a marker group name that is already in use.

Download CSV

Click mdbdownload.png Download CSV button.

Export all marker group records from the MARKER GROUPS tab data browser in CSV format for subsequent analysis or distribution.

Great job! Aside from managing the marker groups, we can also manage the markers in the MarkerDb tool..
